The campaign
The law protects people who know how to use it. For everyone else it can feel like a locked room — full of terms nobody explains, procedures nobody walks you through, and offices that are easy to be turned away from.
Know Your Rights sessions take that room apart piece by piece. What the law actually says. What filing a complaint involves, step by step. What you are entitled to ask for, and what nobody is allowed to demand of you.
Every session is held in the local language, led by people who have been through the process with others, and ends with a list of who to call — written down, so it goes home with you.
